African women in Arbitration conducts various activities, including networking events, mentorship programs, training, advocacy, research, and partinships to promote gender diversity and inclusivity while providing support and recognition for women in the arbitration field.
Networking events
Organise regular networking events including conferences, seminars, workshops and social events to bring together women working in arbitration and related fields
Training & education
Provide training and educational opportunities including webinars, online courses and in-person workshops to help woment develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in arbitration
Mentorship Programs
Establish mentorship programs to provide guidance and support for women who are new to the field of arbitration or who are seeking to advance their careers
Advocacy & Outreach
Engange andvocacy and outreach activities to promote the participation of women in arbitration and to raise awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusoin in the field
Partnership & Collaboration
Partner with other organizations and individuals who share our goals and values to advance our mission and collaborate on joint initiatives and projects
Research & Publications
Conduct and publish research on issues related to gender and diversiry in arbitration and develop resources and publications that can be used by practitioners and scholars

Recognize and celebrate the achievements of women working in arbitration, including through the establishment of awards and other forms of recognition
